How do I enable the keyboard?
Install the app, open it and follow the animated 3-step guide: iOS Settings → Keyboard → add Chalculate → allow Full Access. About 30 seconds in total.
Why does it need Full Access?
To rebuild the expression from whatever is already in the text field — that's the foundation of calculation correctness. Full Access is used for local reading only: the keyboard has no network channel whatsoever, so nothing can leave your device.
Do you collect my data?
No. No network entitlement, no third-party analytics, no accounts. Even the free-quota counter is stored on your device.
What happens when the free quota runs out?
Only successful “=” results count. Typing, editing and every other keyboard feature are never blocked. The quota refreshes daily — or go Pro for unlimited use.
Is there an iPad version?
Yes — adapted for every size class, with an expanded scientific layout in landscape.
Which languages are supported?
